The Tree of Fire is also called Atziluth in Kabbalah. It is composed of all the Wands in Tarot, from the Ace of Wands down to the 10 of Wands. Another way of seeing Atziluth is as the first "bursts" of energy indicated by the four Cardinal Points in the Zodiac, which occur in the Decanate zones of the 2s (even though fire itself is expressed in each Decan). These are the Double Cardinal areas of the Zodiac and the Tree of Life (Chokma), marking the two Solstices and the two Equinoxes. In other words, the 2s mark the beginnings of Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter in the signs of Aries, Cancer, Libra and Capricorn. Like the element of fire itself, these points in the Zodiac indicate shifting, changing, passing (as in the passover celebrated in the sign of Aries), newness, changing form, dissolution of the old, ends/beginnings, transformation and transfiguration.
Atziluth, the Tree of Fire, has the qualities of vitality, spirit, vision, Will, sudden inspiration, identity, vibrancy, health, self-esteem, confidence, accomplishment, virtue, presence, and wisely used high energy exertion. When "trickling down the tree," this kinetic energy is expressed and experienced differently with each Wands/Fire card. It depends on which sephirah Fire is being expressed through (the Wands decans), and if you are interpreting an astrological chart, which planet happens to be occupying it and also which house it is in. All these may color the expression in varying degrees.
